1.The use of imported deep-layer filter media with annular pore structure and gradient filtration maximizes particle retention and extends service life.
2.High-tech support materials are employed. These materials not only provide support for the filter media and other materials, preventing compression deformation, but also protect the materials from damage during processing.
3.A specially designed spiral-wound binding tape ensures strong adhesion between filter layers, while fixed pleat spacing guarantees uniform fluid flow through the filter media. This not only improves pressure drop but also extends service life.
